Junior Church
Junior Church officially relaunched on the 22nd November 2015 with great success, with a new rota of enthusiastic volunteers leading the work with the children.
Our new look Sunday School begins with our children processing down the aisle at the beginning of the Sung Eucharist with the clergy team and choir before receiving a blessing
and heading off to learn and pray.
With an encouraging 31 registered children, and a average attendance of 17 young people each week, we explore the Christian Faith in innovative and engaging ways including, music,
drama, puppetry and arts and craft.
We are also appealing to members of the congregation to become a part of our team of volunteers to help lead the work with the children. If you are able to do so, please inform the
Parish Office.
We look forward to more of the same in 2106 and growth in our ministry to young people in name of Jesus Christ.
"He called a little child and had him stand among them.
And he said: "I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
Therefore, whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
And whoever welcomes a little child like this in my name welcomes me" Matthew 18 v2

Honouring Mary, the Mother of God

For centuries Christians have been making pilgrimages to the Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham in Norfolk, often called ‘England’s Nazareth’. In 2016 the Parish of Holy Trinity
and Saviour will make its first pilgrimage there under the leadership of our Rector, from Friday 26 August to Monday 29 August. The cost of board and lodg-ing will be about £190
to which a travel cost will be added once it is known. Places are limited and a £10 per person deposit is required. If you would like to come, please inform the Parish Office as
soon as possible. Fr. Nicholas will host an evening in October to explain what Walsingham has to offer us on our journey with Christ.
